The John - Woodson Campus is a primary care facility that provides comprehensive medical and social services to the uninsured and under insured with a special focus on the homeless. Medical Outreach Services are provided by two clinical teams and include minor acute care, counseling, screening and assessment. Outreach services are provided free of charge to homeless individuals needing care at area shelters, soup kitchens, schools, and social service agencies. Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
