ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care and outreach services for everyone, including the insured, uninsured, underinsured, and homeless. Our team of over 150 dedicated professionals is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We serve a population of approximately 15,000 individuals across four locations in Evansville. Our comprehensive range of clinical and community health services ensures that our patients receive the care they need, regardless of their financial or housing situation.

Medical

You can expect to receive the excellent medical care by our experienced, board certified and compassionate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistant and certified nurse midwife. You’ll feel welcomed and well cared for by our compassionate staff.

We provide care for those with and without insurance – ALL are welcome! For those without insurance, an affordable sliding fee scale is offered which is adjusted to your family size and income. For those that are homeless, the care and services provided at ECHO is free.

ECHO is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), whose focus is on primary and preventative medical care.

Dental

The new ECHO Dental Clinic provides dental cleanings, filings, extractions, partials, and dentures for those 13 and older. Located on the second floor of our Main Campus at 315 Mulberry St., our dental clinic currently provides service for those with and without dental insurance. The dental services are affordable through a sliding fee scale (which can be found here) for those with qualifying incomes.

Currently, ECHO Dental Clinic is not accepting new patients. Please check back with us periodically, due to being booked out for several months. If you need any further assistance, please call (812)492-8300, Option 3.

Beacon

Beacon Recovery Services is an ECHO service line that includes outpatient psychiatric medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and behavioral health services. Individual counseling and group therapy are provided as well as Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) as deemed appropriate by ECHO providers. In order to participate in Beacon Recovery Services, you must be an established patient for primary care services with an ECHO Provider. Once established, the provider will refer to the Beacon Program. If you are already an established patient at ECHO, call your provider to request a referral.
