Kelsey Payne is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined ECHO in 2026. A lifelong Evansville resident, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global and has more than 15 years of nursing experience. Kelsey is passionate about providing inclusive, compassionate healthcare and is dedicated to helping improve the health and well-being of the community through quality patient care.
