Beacon provides psychiatric medication management services for individuals of all ages. Our team works closely with patients to assess and manage medications to support mental health and overall well-being.
Getting Started
We welcome new patient referrals.
Substance Use Disorder Services: Patients can call our clinic directly to request an intake appointment. Referrals from providers are also welcome.
Psychiatric Medication Management: A referral from a provider is required, and the patient must be established with a primary care provider (PCP). The PCP does not need to be affiliated with ECHO.
How to Send Referrals
Referrals can be sent via a fax or EPIC.
- Faxing: Fax referrals to (812) 492-8333
- Ordering through EPIC: Send referrals to “ECHO BEACON JOHN ST”
